    My confusion is that i have 2+ years work exp,but out of that i have worked 1 year on c#.net window based project and from last 1 year so i am working on j2ee web based project,so if now i want to shift in another company which is asking for 2+ years exp in j2ee,will they consider me or i have to work for another 1 year on j2ee in my present company to get eligible for such requirements.

      Well, you have one year of j2ee, so I guess it depends on how well you can impress them in the interview. They will hire a guy with one year of j2ee who really knows his stuff over one with 10 years who has no idea. They provide those requirements to weed out people with no experience, and to give some idea of how much experience they expect. If you tell them you have 2 years, then they won't be able to tell otherwise, assuming you feel confident you have the skill set to apply. I don't have any sort of qualification, I still got a job with a company that absolutely required a university degree. I told them the truth, that I didn't have one. I also told them when they asked me something and I didn't know.
