I always think it would have been better if computers were not made user friendly, but were in fact user hostile. In the old days (circa 1980 or so) my school had a Research Machines 380Z and even to get your hands on it was a major victory. Monochrome, no sound, twin floppy and came on a cart because it was so big and heavy. I loved it. The joys of a black screen with a little green C:> You were the man, the high priest. If you told people you were "into" computers you had kudos and standing. You would actually wander around holding floppies to indicate your power! Then Bill Gates made computers accessable to idiots and the trouble started! Lets back grade to C:> Let us take back the technology and burn effigies of Bill Gates this Guy Fawkes Night! (for non UK members it is a celebration of the Prevention of Parliament getting blown up! irony I suppose).

Let's take back the country, and finish off what Guy Fawkes started instead!

I prefer to think of it as celebrating an attempt to blow up Parliment...

I think the planet should be sprayed with some sort of 'stupidicide'.

Sometimes the loser kids are the coolest to hang around with. But ONLY sometimes. *sigh*

So... what would this do to those of us who like to include examples of stupidity in our sigs?;)

Ooh, I'd love to see it in action. In the meantime, "happenin 2 u but she chosed 2 be lookin like a hoe dat her problem i luv u but naw u just need 2 chill out wit diz broad" (I think YouTube attracts some of the worst).

Those would be Deliberate. Put in for the comedic value, not because that is how we naturally choose to communicate. I feel that textspeak is one step up from clicks and grunts. The renaissance happened, why are we doing it again, backwards?

I think it attracts some of the worst homophobic comments as well... Although it may just be the kind of music i listen to (Soft Cell). But in any case, too many YouTubers are too immature:sigh: I mean i want to hear the song, see the video, not read some moron's comments about the guy's recutum X|(at best..there's been much worse) Roswell
