Hey all, My company is going to focus on moving our Intranet to a Sharepoint 2007 server. I'm actually pretty excited about the change, developing web parts, using ajax, it's going to be cool!:-D I'd like to read some more about the specifics. What books do you recommend to help me get on the fast track? Cheers

Hi Chris Sharepoint development can be really fun. I recommend reading Inside Microsoft Windows Sharepoint Services by Pattison/Larson which currently seems to be the only decent book on Sharepoint development. The book is about WSS, not MOSS, but for the basic development requirements that doesn't matter. Happy Sharepointing Andi

Thanks for the recommendation Andi, I'd actually ordered this book after reading a bit of Larson's blogs on the subject. Between the two of them they seem to have the nuts and bolts figured out. Cheers
