Given all the recent discussions about VS2008 and its supposedly imminent release, I have a dumb question. I have a MSDN Premium Subscription. Will it include VS2008 like it includes VS2005? Will I be able to use it after the subscription expires (May 2008)?

It's due to RTM by the end of the month and should appear as a download on MSDN pretty soon afterwards and yes, as with most stuff on MSDN it's a perpetual license so you can continue using it after your subscription runs out. :)

Great, thank you for the info!

Should be yes to all. I would imagine the VS2008 will be available for download by the end of the month. With MSDN subscriptions, your license continues past the expiration date.

Sure you can! And it costs no more than a one-year subscription...
