Interesting timing. I just quit Caffeine myself ... about 6 days into the withdrawal. Man ... I ain't going through that again. I've been drinking caffeine for 30 years and just realized how addicted I was. My head is far clearer right now than it has been in some time. I ain't goin' back this time. -CB :D

Its amazing the things we are addicted to and don't even realize it. If it makes you feel better stick with it! Mike

Have you ever looked at the ingredients chart on a product, almost every product is jammed full of sugar. Basic guide for healthy eating: Before buying anything, read the ingredients list out loud. If there are any ingredients you can't pronounce, don't buy it.

It's even simpler than that: " Some food for thought: • If your food has a wrapper or a box, chances are it isn't good for you. • If your food has ingredients you can't say, chances are it isn't good for you. • If your food makes a claim that it's healthy, chances are it isn't good for you. • If your food comes pre-seasoned, chances are it isn't good for you. • Lastly, if your food makes any claims about fat loss, chances are it isn't good for you. Yea caffeine is the number one addictive drug in the world

I disagree I believe Nicotine is the most addictive but caffeine is the most widely used. I can live without coffee but even though I quit smoking for many years I never lost the urge and am smoking to this day even though doc tells me I've got slight emphysema. But your right about sugar everything has some sort of sugar in it. I would also guess that americans consume more than any other country. Mike

Amphetamines is the most addictive drugs in the world. You don't know what addiction is. Heroin is extremely addictive too.
