It's the coolest tool for writing articles and for general simple HTML authoring. The split view is great and it's a simple and easy tool to learn how to use (for writing articles). too bad MS discontinued it. Marc

Dude, did you miss the qualifier "for writing articles"??? Do I really want Expression Web and XHTML for writing articles??? Heh. From my initial impressions about Expression Web it is essentially the same thing, offers all the above features and more, also generates all those annoying _vti folders.

Yes, I used to use it for writing articles (in the days when I did :-)). It's OK for this but not so good for general purpose HTML work.

There's also [shameless plug] BobBuilder[^] :-D You can also use Visual Studio. VS2008 now has an option to split the html and preview panes vertically ( good on wide screens ). I may be biased, but I prefer BobBuilder for the CP-specific shortcut keys.

It's the coolest tool for writing articles and for general simple HTML authoring. The split view is great and it's a simple and easy tool to learn how to use (for writing articles). too bad MS discontinued it. Marc
