Amongst other things they let you send money around and is used as the basis for many a good 419 scam. :)

Seriously, if you knew their website, you must also know that the information you need will be available over there. It is just a matter of how you locate it. Wasn't very difficult for me; I just tried. Simon's Steve'sreply was an answer to your question "Does anyone know ... "? and the answer was "Yes, surely western union will know".

Sorry to bother, actually I tried to find that info from "western union" site but unable to find the exact info which I need that’s why I put that question here, if someone already knows that then I have not do some extra effort in finding of that.

I know who they are, I was suggesting that Western Union would know Western Union's charges...why not ask them?

Does anyone know western union charges from USA to Pakistan/India?

Forget about Western Union, use the bank wire transfer instead. I used their services once to pay some fees. They charge me $16 to transfer $100 from Bulgaria to US. And AFAK this is not a “flat” tax. Not to mention that the whole procedure took 40 minutes/a plenty of paperwork/.
The narrow specialist in the broad sense of the word is a complete idiot in the narrow sense of the word.
