I don't usually ask questions on the forums often, I'm usually the one answering questions, but today I was stumped by something and I posted a question, I got a good reply in about 15 minutes that solved my problem (which ended up being because I missed something out but I just didn't see it at the time) So a big thank you to all the helpful people out there who make Code Project the greatest developer site on the internet.

You know, it was when I stopped being so arrogant thinking I knew everything and accepted there was a ton of stuff I didn't know that I became a better developer. I'm perfectly happy to be very open now and say when something has reached or exceeded the boundaries of my knowledge. It also lets me know what books I have to buy next.

:-) I dont think you ever gave me the impression of arrogance, just you seemed to know it all/more than the rest of us, you appeared to be - no, wait 'epitomised' the heart of this place - and still do Colin Its good that the boot was on the other foot - when you had an issue someone was able to help you - still a rare event I'll wager 'g'
