If she plays bad enough she will drop out of the auto-qualification for tournaments and have to play her way into them. Just like she had to when she started her tennis career. Being a sex symbol does not auto qualify you for a tournament*. * But it does for other things! :-D Roger Allen Sonork 100.10016 I think I need a new quote, I am on the prowl, so look out for a soft cute furry looking animal, which is really a Hippo in disguise. Roger Allen wrote: I think you will find that she doesn't suck at tennis Actually she does suck in the sense that, the level of play of say the top ten ranked female players is way above what she seems to be capable of. Her "suckiness" is all the more magnified by the fact she's so visible. Granted she's coming off an injury, but so are Lindsay and Martina. Yet they seem to be playing damn good tennis at the moment. Yes, not everyone can be good. So alot of players suck and that's the hard truth of it. She just happens to be in that camp. Paul Watson wrote: Count yourself lucky for being disullusioned, at least you understood what he said... I am just confused. Unsure if that is sarcasm, but if it isn't let me explain. Professional sport is about Money aka Nett Profit. For example Tiger Woods makes more money away from the course than on the course. Sponsership has become far more important financially than tournament prizes in many cases. So in the current world the way to judge a professional athlete is by the amount of earning potential they have not by the results. Similar the Tri-Nations and Super-12 is about money, naturally who wins gets more media coverage, which in turn is more value. Giving the winners the capacity to buy better players. That's the way I read it anyhow. Regardz Colin J Davies

I love cricket. The only thing I hate about the sport is that too many times the weather is the deciding factor. Also, there are way too many silly names and phrases that they use. "Silly Point"??? Then of course there's the seemingly non standardized pitches. Good luck tryingto win a series on the sub continent if you're not from there. Good luck trying to win a series in Oz if you're from the sub continent. Other than that, it's very engrossing. Yeah, but their so-called running shoes suck. I don't know of a single runner that wears Nike, or Reebok for that matter. New Balance, Brooks, Saucony, ASICS, yes.
