Bug in notepad
-
I created a text file; saved one email id in it
dotnet.rec@xyz-ind.com
. Again when I opened the file, it is shown in some Japanese/Chinese characters. Is this a bug or a feature:wtf::confused: Note: Other editors are showing it properly. It might be due to Notepad trying to automatically determine character encodings. See what Raymond Chan has to say on the subject[^].

works fine for me - tried your email id but no bug..May be you changed the extention from txt to something else by mistake and that is the reason you are getting such characters. :)
No. While going through some requirements I got a recruiter email id and I saved it in a txt file . (While posting here I changed the company name and kept 'xyz' for avoiding any spams).Again when I opened after closing it is showing some weird characters.
