Hehe.. what all management lingos have you come across in your working lives? Lets share it with ROW (Rest of the World) :-D I hate HRs calling us 'resources'! Keep on adding: 1. Resource Pool 2. Headcount 3. My People 4. Thinking out of the box (what box?? ;P ) 5. Take ownership and make things happen (all blame goes to you.. lol :laugh: ) 6. Downsize (scary! :omg: ) 7. Investing in people 8. Client synergy (listen to all their tantrums.. ;P ) 9. key performance indicators 10. Skill set

Proactive. The most annoying word I can think of at the moment. Every time I hear it, my ears start to bleed. Why do people have to use it when they can say "I'm too lazy to come to you, so you should come to me"
