How were the police expected to know that he was the owner?
if you read the story he showed them 2 photo IDs one was a harvard ID but since they werent detetives i guess they couldnt sus out what the little swirlly lines where, when they got that nigga(applying the conatations of the officers, no offence) back to HQ where someone could read he was released.
Fact: We weren't there, so we didn't see the behaviour of the principles. Fact: The police did not immediately arrest him, despite the fact that the neighbours had indirectly identified him as a criminal. Fact: The police asked him to show them his ID, and he refused -- so the police were acting perfectly professionally. Conjecture: It appears that the police were acting calmly and professionally, and the "wonderful man" was acting like a petulant child. Conjecture: It sounds like the jumped-up, self-important teacher thought that interacting with such lowlies as police officers was beneath him, and was rude and offensive. I'd as likely as not have smacked him one. The police behaved far more professionally than I would have bothered to. He should remember that them as can, do; them as can't, teach.
