Their population is a little over 3400 and they call this Hardin place a "City". Why? it is more like a village, if they didn't have a place of worship, it might fit the description of "Hamlet". Apparently, one APF principal was born in Montenegro. Makes you wonder if private company's can use the coat of arms of a foreign country. Presumably if HM Queen's insignia is used without her permission, heads might roll. The APF has as of yet not been made aware that the State of Montana has a constitution that forbids the creation of a private police force. [^] This story is getting wackier by the day :laugh:

FEMA can use anything as a 'gathering area' or camp. A sports dome or a school can be used when they want to use it, they can take over anything.

That could be, but, until I see your evidence, I remain unconvinced. Regardless of the above, although TRA and APF are said to have signed a contract, the bankers (who hold the bonds) have not. So APF runs nothing So: It is not a camp run by FEMA; It cannot hold tens of thousands of prisoners; It is not run by foreign contractors and military. 0 out of 3.

If a random selection of the population were impounded, it would not be a concentration camp. If, however, only Vietnamese families, or communist families, or Lutheran families, or vaccine refuseniks were impounded, it would be a concentration camp. The term 'concentration' is derived from the concentration of a particular segment of society in one place where their actions may be restricted and monitored. So, all penitentiaries could be termed 'concentration camps', as they concentrate felons in one place.

How would a locked-down militarized city work? Going about your daily business, that sort of thing? How many militia per 1000 of population? Would citizens commute from the suburbs into the city?
