Anyone know of a blog platform that lets readers create posts/polls?

Anyone know of a blog platform that will let readers create polls that can be automatically posted as articles? I have looked around at a few and I think I've found a widget for Wordpress that allows readers to post articles (pending approval) but, I would really like to find a way to have readers be able to create polls (like PollDaddy polls) which can automatically be posted to this blog (pending approval of course). Anybody seen, or know of a blogging platform that can do this, whether through a widget or whatever?

Joomla! springs to mind. Pretty sure that if it doesn't do it out of the box then it has a downloadable module/plugin that will.
