    I want a job that 0) Regularly challenges me 1) Provides reasonable monetary compensation 2) Provides the opportunity to work from home 3) Provides decent hardware to work on (fast CPU, 8GB RAM, dual 22-inch monitors) 4) Isn't shy about buying the dev tools or code libraries needed to do the job (in a timely fashion) 5) Allows me to be an admin on my computer 6) Doesn't bog me down with frequent (and often pointless) meetings 7) Doesn't require me to be a politician 8) That I can spend enough time at not to be "the new guy".

    Detica ESG[^], would require a chance of continent though... Although they are expanding across the pond. And that company comes from personal experience.
