Does The Code Project need a new design? Okay. Before you scratch your head (if you agree) or pick up a baseball bat to whack me (if you disagree) I'd like to confess that I'm very new here. I don't know how exactly TCP has evolved till now, but I feel, the website design could have been better. :rolleyes: That said, I really love the site for all the information and thank you all who have been involved for such long to bring it to here. :) P.S: Happy New Year! :-D
If you're going to raise a problem (especially on your first post) then at least have the courtesy to posit a solution. You do actually have a valid point, and not being familiar with site might be able to provide some constructive criticism that us older stuck-in-the-muds won't be able to see. Why not make some suggestions and observations to the Site Bugs / Suggestions forum, Chris monitors that frequently. Also, be wary of friendly Hamsters knocking at your door late at night ...

Yes - I agree. It looks dated. There have been a lot of new features and functionality put in place recently. It feels like those are probably close to complete so I expect there's probably someone working on a fresh design as the next big step. Cheers, Drew.

No I don't. I think its quite a nice design IMHO. See here for a look at what looks like all the different versions of CP since Feb 29 2009.
