Is Cincin a girl's name?

I don't have English-speaking friends. So I need someone give me any suggestion about my name or something else.
Well, in Italy we use 'cin cin' before drinking, like (I suppose) 'cheers'. The 'cin cin' expression comes from China (disclaimer: as reported by Wikipedia IT). :)
If the Lord God Almighty had consulted me before embarking upon the Creation, I would have recommended something simpler. -- Alfonso the Wise, 13th Century King of Castile.

CinCin is fine. If you're a girl, how about Chastity, Candy, Destiny, Angel, Roxy or Crystal, instead ?

I mean it's not a common English name at all, but if it was, it would probably be a girls name. The names I suggested as alternatives are the top 10 strippers names according to google, so perhaps cincin is fine for now.

I thought Tintin's dog was called Snowy? Tintin is a belgian reporter-come-idiot.
You should never use standby on an elephant. It always crashes when you lift the ears. - Mark Wallace C/C++ (I dont see a huge difference between them, and the 'benefits' of C++ are questionable, who needs inheritance when you have copy and paste) - fat_boy
