    The company bought one subscription for me. But did not use it. Dos the MSDN subscription is the MSDN help when installed with the Visual Studio 2008 or 2005? :((

      MSDN subscription gives you access to a pot-load of Microsoft software for "free". Depending on the level of subscription, you get more or less access. MSDN "help" is the documenation only. Which is online for free. It can also be installed on your local harddrive / netdrive for "quicker" access. However, I always use the online version since it is often more accurate and is updated as time goes on.
