No, its evolution of the species. When settlers came to America they planed on developing, and contributing needed resources for society to develop. The indians were not developed and most would refuse to become citizens. Society needs to develop, its the coarse of nature, the human species as a whole benefited from America greatly, everyone got jealous so they are attacking us, trying to bring us down to their level.

No, if he claims they're trying to invade, and pretty much anything that would incite aggression or a siege mentality against some group of people, then he would.
