If you're a serious programmer, and if you honestly cannot afford a VS 2010 Ultimate license, send me an email (the "email" option is enabled on this post). I have only a couple of licenses, but if more people write, and if the requests are genuine, I'll try to accommodate the requests by asking some of my fellow MVPs who've received complementary licenses. Also, if you've a good record of contributions towards the community, write and I could honour that request! The offering is NOT on first come first served basis. This thread is going to hang around for 24+ hours for giving a chance to everyone around the world. If there are too many emails, I'll randomly pick a few people and give it away to them assess the requests in a 'fair' manner and honour the ones I shortlist. Depending on the number of emails, I may or may not reply to all of them. After having leeched so much out of this community, I couldn't find a better place to give these away. Now, be quick! :) [Update] Replies are pouring in. And that's a good thing. 2 will definitely not suffice, so I am going to write to ALL of my fellows to see how many more licenses can I get. [/Update] Thread closed!

Shrek: Does anyone know where this Farquaad guy is? [Donkey jumps up and down, shouting out like a young child] Donkey: Oh, I know. I know where he is. Shrek: Does anyone else know where to find him? Donkey: Pick me! Pick me! Me! Me! :)

I started my own company over a year ago, joined BizSpark[^] last year, so I have my VS 2010 ultimate and much more. My compliments to you on doing this for the others. I have actually started beta testing more so that the stable products work well with me, Bizspark let me do that for minor costs. Thank you for doing this for the rest. :-D
