</HTML>Yes, the offsets are "Byte count since the start of the clipboard". Which includes the text representation of the byte counts... A KB article shows that you can use leading zeroes, otherwise you'd have to iterate until you got it right. Still, a format purely designed by a "we sould make it simple" receiver. Never mind the caller.
