Any such tool to recommend? Either online, in which case it'd have to be secure/trusted, because there's some data that's not for everyone's eyes, or a standard desktop app. I know I can google for it, just trying to get some real life experience recommendations. I tried Adobe's own online service, both through e-mail (mail bounced back as too big on a 1.7 MB file) and the web site, and it's still "running" after 30 mins...

      1. Post the PDF on the internet. 2) Wait for Google to Index it 3) Click view as HTML :p Your best bet is to find the original source of the PDF document. PDF is not a documentation creation format but an output format. The original tool will most likely support exporting to HTML relatively simply.

Need custom software developed? I do custom programming based primarily on MS tools with an emphasis on C# development and consulting. I also do Android Programming as I find it a refreshing break from the MS. "And they, since they Were not the one dead, turned to their affairs" -- Robert Frost

Hmmm you might just have a point! If you use GMail and have the pdf as an attachment in an email then Google Docs can view it, and there is an option for 'View Plain HTML'
