I think it's been more like 1.9 years or maybe 1.85 years but certainly not as many as 6 years and definitely more than 1 year. I believe that it was an African Swallow.

It feels good to be back. I finally lost the 105 pounds I wanted to lose and so my profile has my picture now too. So I'm really back, like I have never been before. I'm also the PM for a medium sized company that operates 200 stores in 5 states and I've been given a nearly free reign to update their IT practices, procedures and techniques. Kind of fun. Especially because the CIO is married to the CEO so IT is a rocking part of the company and everyone knows that IT makes the company more money than any other department so we have a rare blessing. We are not a cost-center we are instead a profit center. My boss is the Director of IT or as I call him (DoIT). Having tons of fun. I'll update that part of my profile later this weekend. I've grown a bunch. Suffered much and learned some things that make life sweet. It's a good life to be sure. Awfully excited to be back in the world of code too. I'm going to be updating/rewriting their public facing sites in .Net and I'm stoked about that.

Oh take me out to the climber's crag, take me to the sun. Buy me some white gold and cams for my rack; I don't care if I ever get back. Rope, rope up with a partner. Let them lead the climb. They can way-lay the high belay and you can just take your time. Oh take me out to the climber's crag, take me into the sun. A rope on back, a climbers rack, good friends and strangers come on! Climb On!

Why didn't you try getting your password back sooner? ;P

You know there is a story to that. Chris caught me stashing porn in his server farm. Then well... he banned me... for life. I told him it wasn't mine. He didn't believe me. I told him it was David's and he still didn't believe me. Finally I caved and admitted that Bill the Cat had done it. He believed me and here I am. Thank God and the fine work Chris is doing. It was good porn to I'm sad to say. It's still banned though. Remember that old furniture porn site? Furniture placed in nasty positions to make you think of ... well yeah. So I can feel Chris wanting to ban me again. I better get back to a programming question before I get in real trouble.

Not to be argumentative, however, looking at the messages posted by this account there was activity as recently as 3 Jan 10. Perhaps a European swallow hijacked your account to transport coconuts.

So I've been locked out for 3 years maybe... forgot my password. Suddenly I mock Chris for it and there it is. He's got it for me. WOW! It's good to be back. Was this a programming question? Hi everyone who has long memories. Feels weird to have my account back... still fits good though. No holes, not too faded. It'll do.

Search Google for 'The Pretty Girl Thread' and leave our servers alone. We'll all be much happier then, and you can stay with us for a while.
