When you work at Microsoft the best you can hope for is lunch with Steve and maybe Dinner with Bill. But at Disney you get to go trick-or-treat-ing with Zac and Cody, and then if you have trouble sleeping at night Miley will sing you a really nice lullaby.

I heard that MS paid well, but Walt Disney.

Just curious because I may be in the running for an interview. Anyone in the community here that has worked for Disney as a software engineer? Is it a good career move? How does it compare to the atmosphere working at Microsoft?

When I was in L.A. (2001-2002) I worked with some who had -- they didn't much like it, but said that it was something everyone should do. So go for it, I guess.

He does not particularly care much for it although when there's nothing else that interests him, Zac and Cody used to keep him interested enough for a few minutes so we could feed him some food (he is very resistant to eating).
