Disagreements with the constitution are irrelevant.
What about disagreements reagarding the interpretation of the constitution?

There are no disagreements regarding the interpretation between real conservatives and constitutionalists. Any disagreements are between the good guys vs. the lefties, crooks, and corrupt politicians.
But there will be disagreements, under what power will the 'good guys' be able to dismiss others as 'lefties, crooks, and corrupt politicians'?

The law.

So who will define that law and under what power?
Josh Gray wrote:

The Constitution is the law, and under the powers enumerated by the Constitution do they enforce the law.

And the circle of reasoning is complete!
The Constitution is like the steel and concrete foundation of the entire country. It is the kernel, the lowest level of it. If it becomes corrupted by a rootkit or a virus (ie: liberal) things fall apart.

Exactly, you can't live in a foundation. What I'm asking you is who decides what is built on top of that foundation? You need builders, contracors, someone to paint it (or do you want wallpaper?) etc. Then you need a project manager to coordinate those people. They need rules about how they interact, who decides what material you use for the roof? What about landscaping? What about furniture? Central heating? etc etc If you want a software analogy who decides how user mode applications interact with the kernal? Who writes the memory manager?

Cutting all benefits in a responsible manner. Oh and by the way, not everybody gets benefits you know. They think those people are undeserving of them so they don't get any.

Isn't that what you have now?
The Constitution (the foundation) has been broken, the system has been corrupted. It needs wiped out and redone. Much like a computer that has been too badly infected to be restored properly. Or a termite infested house with a crumbling foundation, it needs to be bulldozed and rebuilt.

Cutting all benefits that might accrue to the unemployed, the lower and middle classes so that the rich can have more tax cuts. That is what teabaggers are for.
No, the Tea Partiers and just about everyone else who doesn't get free money from the government want's to be left alone to make (AND KEEP) their money without having some nasty bureaucracy breathing down their necks and forcibly confiscating what they have earned. The poor people get hurt the most by the government because they become dependent on the government, and the government slowly strangles their willpower, making their lives into hopeless hellpits. Eventually the unemployed will be loaded up and locked down into labor camps before the country is fully handed down to the chinese.

So what will change to prevent it failing again?

People's attitudes. Eventually it will breakdown after 100-200 years but much like a server that has been left on for a long time, it needs to be restarted.
