Actually I am reading it in conjunciton with the other report I mentioned. Said 'boys' are actually teenager, and while technically anyone under the age of 18 is a boy, a child they are not, thus THIS article is intentionally infalmatory in that it misrepresents the facts. I said the other report was better, have a look for it.
