A while ago I was on the highway and passed the exit named 'Neandertal'. Of course you could simply ask her what it is supposed to mean. But do that only if you are the adventurous type and are prepared for the possible consequences. Pick the wrong time/word/gesture/smell/color of your shirt and she will discover some nonexisting hidden meaning in even the most straightforward question and start to make your life interesting.
