The female gender (no offense) is very confusing sometimes. I'm sure women feel the same way. Anyhoo.... Relationship question -- when my girlfriend of 1.5 months tells me, what's she really saying? "Go away, dude, you bother me?"

    Sincerely Yours, Brian Hart

I'd say she's telling you she wants to cease all access to her trouser area, but to stay on friendly terms. But, women are confusing, don't ask a bunch of geeks to decode, ask her for clarification.

Why not? as CG says, a damnably good shaggin' seems out of the question, but hanging out would seem to be fine - and she may have some friends..

I think that would always be doomed, but the only girl I ever broke up with was my first wife, who was banging my best friend, so I don't have a depth of experience to draw on.

That's what they (we...) say... but in actual fact, staying friends with an ex is a man's thing. Someone said to me: Men chooses the "Save as..." option whereas women just hit the "Save" button and click "yes" to "Do you want to overwrite this data?" ;P Likelihood is, she'll do her best, but you'll be completely erased from her life in a few weeks.:~

Almost, but not quite, entirely unlike... me...

A while ago I was on the highway and passed the exit named 'Neandertal'. I am very sure that some 200000 or 30000 years ago some guys sat there in a cave around a fire and discussed similar questions. And like them, we can just sit here and guess. Of course you could simply ask her what it is supposed to mean. But do that only if you are the adventurous type and are prepared for the possible consequences. That is sadly an instance where being right does not end up helping your cause.
