Out of curiosity, what time do you wake up?

Same as John. I return them on my way to work. It also happens that where I meet the vanpool, there are two Redbox machines. So it's easy. I arrive at the vanpool at 6 AM. I get back to my car by 5:15 PM so if I forget to put it in before work or am running late in the morning, I can still make the deadline.

If you know what I mean...and I think you do...

Hulu's the one I don't get. I'm okay with advertising supported media. I grew up with three TV stations and that's how it worked. I got TV for free in exchange for commercials. However, when cable came out, the idea was you could pay a monthly fee to watch stuff without commercials. With Hulu, if you sign up for a paid plan, you still get commercials. If I get commercials, I expect free.

And how many commercial free cable channels are there now? *snerk* :-\ I love my Hulu+ subscription, what can I say? Lately, we're looking at dropping our DirecTV and re-signing with the streaming only Netflix plan... Flynn

Yeah, I dropped Dish (had good experiences with them overall) for Netflix only and cut my bill from $120 to $20. Made sense for me because I realized I never watched anything but movies anyway.

We have a few shows we watch but not really enough to justify the cost. Otherwise we've been pretty happy with DirecTV. We've looked at some of the internet TV programs out there, but most of them are pretty crappy. For now, we're just thinking of making a simple link page on our file/web server to go to the main network sites and call it good. :) Flynn
