          In this thread, I learn how people say these programming terms. I always feel that the 'P' of 'OOP' is rather superfluous (or even wrong – a lot of what we do is design, not programming) so I say 'O O' (as two letters). SQL I say the three letters or 'sequel' depending on context. And GAC I would pronounce as if it were a word.
