I would imagine it is. I have lost count of the number of times I have seen this over the years, but this is the 4th or 5th time I have seen it in different places (including once on TV) in the last month. These things seem to lie dormant for a while and then go viral again for a short time before going back to sleep to await their next time. It is funny though.
