How can I ban access to some sites in browser, under Win 7? :( P.S. I use Chrome, Firefox, RockMelt & IE

The easiest way is to delete IE, and uninstall Opera, FF, Chrome, and any other browsers you may find. Or put a pickaxe through the router - that'll do it!

So far as I am aware (and I could be completely wrong on this) that should be a function of the Browser, not the OS.

What site? They had better include all web proxies and all lists of raw or SOCKS proxies, otherwise your block isn't block but just a small speed bump. You can put them in the hosts file, redirected to wherever you like, such as a nice page telling them that "this incident will be reported". Wouldn't work if they know the IP address, but no one does.

control panel > internet options> security tab> click on restricted sites, then the button "sites" add them there.
Let's face it, after Monday and Tuesday, even the calendar says WTF! Be careful which toes you step on today, they might be connected to the foot that kicks your butt tomorrow. You can't scare me, I have children.

I believe you have to ban them with a firewall (software or hardware - your choice).

I believe that only works for IE.

If you do a search on browser parental control you will find instructions on how to do this sort of thing for most of the popular browsers.

I just knew it was there.... :-D
