I mis-interpret Product Owner as stakeholders, that should be stakeholders. Is the Product Owner the "Gold Owner"? The developers are indeed in the scrum team, I might have used different terms but I think common sense can justify it. And yes, we do have daily stand-ups.

I thought Van Helsing was a Stakeholder.

Even so, you must have a Scrum Master to take responsibility for the whole process. It's a waste of time unless someone is cunning the show.

Does the person running have to be cunning? Or can the boss take the loss From the dog on the backlog Taking rice from the mice? Can we have rum in our SCRUM Or must the owner take a loaner? I must give a hand up to help at the standup And remember not to turn down our burn down.

Yet another classic example of why Agile and Scrum are largely a waste of time.

So you should have. They were on display after the court case.

Our scrum members consist of: 2 Development Team member :omg: , 0 Scrum Master :wtf: , 10 Product Owner X| . Is this healthy? :sigh:

I think my scrum team is more disfunctional: - Scrum master: Me. - Product Owner: Me (not by choice, but because I cannot get anyone else to invest the time) - Stakeholders: About 10, though I have to drag half kicking and screaming to the monthly meetings, I insist upon participation so they cannot claim they did not know the product direction. - Development team members: Myself full time plus 4 others...20% of the time. One helps 40% anyway and does solid work, one helps 10% and I have to redo half of what he does, one helps 5% and I have to redo everything he does, the last does nothing and I think that is probably for the best. This is the only project in my company which is using SCRUM. I insisted upon SCRUM because I use the sprint planning as an excuse to keep management from changing our development direction every few hours. I am not kidding. This strategy has been working perfectly so far, a fact which I attribute to my use of snazzy Agile lingo and charts whenever management tries to figure out "how they can improve things". I suspect nobody wants to show up on one of my charts at the next meeting as the cause of the product delay. Excepting the craziness at this company, I think the primary value of Agile/SCRUM is that I will be able to put it on my resume to get me in the door of my next employer (where hopefully I will not have to work with the last 3 people who are "helping" me).

You have too many developers -- promote the less-experiecned one to Scrum Master so he can learn from the one who gets things done.
