Where the HELL was gas $1.78 four years ago? It was hitting $4 during some points of the Bush administration. It goes up and down due to the whims of some rich people and the fears of some other people. It may be more complicated than that. But I've stopped caring.

Look at me still talking when there's science to do When I look out there it makes me glad I'm not you

You don't even live in the US, so of course you want the worse possible President for us. Still bitter over that thing a couple of hundred years ago. :) Obama is way worse than Bush. Obama is radical, leftist, socialist, anti-American, anti-Constitution, etc, etc. I saw a sign the other day that mentioned our gas was $1.78/gallon when Obama took office and now it is $3.70/gallon, how's that for change? Ya, Obama is no good.

And I guess Bush deserves saint hood huh.... Good god man, he is wanted for crimes against humanity. Saying he is better than Obama is like saying Hitler was better than Stalin.

So, I am curious to find out what you know that I don't about Mormons. What do you have against them?

They believe this... Smith said he found the plates on September 22, 1823 at a hill  near his home in Manchester, New York  after an angel  directed him to a buried stone box. The angel at first prevented Smith from taking the plates because he had not followed the angel's instructions. In 1827, on his fourth annual attempt to retrieve the plates, Smith returned home with a heavy object wrapped in a frock, which he then put in a box. Though he allowed others to heft the box, he said that the angel had forbidden him to show the plates to anyone until they had been translated from their original "reformed Egyptian " language. Smith dictated a translation using a seer stone  in the bottom of a hat, which he placed over his face to view the words written within the stone.[3]  Smith published the translation in 1830 as the Book of Mormon . Smith eventually obtained testimonies from eleven men, known as the Book of Mormon witnesses , who said they had seen the plates.[4]  After the translation was complete, Smith said he returned the plates to their angelic guardian . Therefore, if the plates existed, they cannot now be examined. Latter Day Saints believe the account of the golden plates as a matter of faith, while critics often assert that either Smith manufactured the plates himself[5]  or that the Book of Mormon witnesses based their testimony on visions rather than physical experience.

I asked what you have against Mormons, so I guess this is your answer? Aside from a few small things this is pretty accurate. So? Do you have a problem with Mormons believing God spoke to man? Or that an angel appeared to him? Or that he translated scripture by the power of God? I am curious, what exactly bothers you about this? If you don't believe it, then so what?

Try googling it and take your pick. Not only that take a look at Historical rankings[^] I see no poll that puts Bush above Obama. Except this "Looking at the list of presidents since World War II, which one do you think is the worst president?" 1.George W. Bush (27%) 2. Barack Obama (22%) And in case you did not read that right, WORST president. And FYI Fox News is about as accurate as the Daily Show.

Ahh yeah. Do you really think the US would let one of their presidents go on trial? I mean, I did not like the guy but I even think it would be stupid to allow that to happen. However, it says what kind of president he was.

Just as the Daily Show makes stuff up, the rest of their stuff becomes illegitimate. Same is true for FOX (which started the false propoganda, thus the comment) and most deffinately for a youtube video. I noticed you critisize someone for using exmormon.org as a ref yet you just used a youtube video which you even point out has doctored info as a solid ref to Obama not being born in the US.

I don't know exactly where it started, but for a brief explanation: The band ICP (Insane Clown Posse) has a song about miracles, in which one of the lines is about magnets and that it is impossible to explain how they worked, hence they must be a miracle. Internet trolls, (likely from /b/ as you mentioned) started hitting the mormon church online missionary chat, asking about magnets, as if they had some unique insight into how they work and they (the mormons) just refused to tell the rest of us, much like the John Smith refusing to let anyone else see the golden plates. Some of the trolls got pretty creative in their lines of questioning. Reading the posted chat logs were good for a few chuckles. Many of the missionaries even played along and things got a bit of humorous. The people manning those chats did consist of students around college age after all.

His politics have made the economic crisis worse. It has been proven before, cut taxes and fix the economy. It really isn't that hard, as complex as the economic system is, it still isn't that hard to fix.

Enough history goes to show that presidents generally "get the press" for things that were done by the previous president. The difference between Obama and Clinton is that the "blockades" are public. No one knew congress was stopping Clinton on most things he wanted to do, but it's public with Obama. I would like to see Obama in office one more time.

Yeah, odd how gas can change like the market. The station buys it at (hypothetical) 2.00 a gallon. When they say gas is up, they still sell it at a higher rate. Then they make 3.50 a gallon off the same stuff they were selling at 2.00 a minute ago. Makes no sense to me. I remember two things. First, when 911 hit they got fined for price gouging. Second, when I was in Oklahoma the gas was steadily rising. When it hit $2.50 a gallon the first time people quit their jobs to find work closer, moved, dropped out of school ,etc.. It was back down in the first week to the last "stable" price and held there until after I moved. (this was several years ago).

                                        If it moves, compile it

Try googling it and take your pick. Not only that take a look at Historical rankings[^] I see no poll that puts Bush above Obama. Except this "Looking at the list of presidents since World War II, which one do you think is the worst president?" 1.George W. Bush (27%) 2. Barack Obama (22%) And in case you did not read that right, WORST president. And FYI Fox News is about as accurate as the Daily Show.

Computers have been intelligent for a long time now. It just so happens that the program writers are about as effective as a room full of monkeys trying to crank out a copy of Hamlet.
