where can I get nice icons

I notice that some code attached here, and some people who have screenshots of demo apps have some really nice icons (for their listbox, their app, tray icons, etc...) and I wonder where do you get them? Is there a place you can buy them or a library of them? I'm starting to hate using icons I make, because frankly, they look stupid. Or am I just dumb and ignorant and they come on the VS.NET CDs? :-O Code4Food ---- "There is no try; only do or do not" -Yoda

They do actually come on the VS.NET CD's, or you can use a site like graphsearch.com ( if it's still there ). Christian No offense, but I don't really want to encourage the creation of another VB developer. - Larry Antram 22 Oct 2002

If you have an application like Icon Forge that allows you to make icons from screenshots, you could ehem :suss: borrow :suss: some icons from windows.

OH yeah, that's the one I have bookmarked then I always navigate too http://www.dotico.com/ they have the windows versions. It is mac stuff but some of the icons don't look like mac stuff. I just think it is a well designed site with high quality icons. Let me know if you find anything similiar in your quest:-D Joe
