A perfect idea for a game

For now I'm also my own artist. My first 3D models were really bad, but slowly I get at least some results. You must keep going until you have enough to show to get some people interested in what you are doing and then hopefully somebody is able and willing to help. So, what are you doing?

I just said that game programming is a waste of time unless you are a teenager and have plenty of time for doing nothing or you give it 200%. I had got a lot of people interested in my work but when they hit the reality they slowly moved away leaving me along. You want my advice in game programming. Have a great idea outsource it and sell the product. You cant have all what it takes to make a final product it takes a lot of time to learn, A LOT OF TIME. And to you is speaking someone that spent two years developing the Naval battleship game that is in my blog, so i kind of know what i am talking about

Now you sound like some of my bosses. No money to count := wate of time. Case closed. They just forget what they are paying me for and how I got that.

Welcome to the planet Earth. Even pointy haired bosses need a reality check once in a while. In this case it's the simple fact that people generally don't give a fart for your great visions. Pointy Hair's usual response is to bribe people into being interested. :)

Not really :)

Do you already have that pointy hairdo?

Now you are telling me what I can or cannot do? I probably will never find out if I don't try, right? Only Pointy Hairs believe that ignorance somehow becomes a good thing when it saves you hard work, hard learning and sometimes hard lessons.

Ah, I love it when Pointy Hair starts to praise himself and his vast experience: "I used to be a programmer like you, but then I took an arrow in the knee." :) And you, Sir, have been lecturing somebody who has been doing such things when you still existed as a single cell in a liquid emulsion :)

we (group of 2 persons) are trying to develop a simple Hack and slash based on the mythology of a podcast very famous here on brazil, the nerdcast (www.jovemnerd.com.br[^]), although the new site sucks, they made this podcast on the past 10 years and have a plenty of fans (including we own) aside of this, we have another crazy ideas, including a Hack and slash / shooter were the characters are fruits fighting on a table top yes, we are crazy. :-O
I'm brazilian and english (well, human languages in general) aren't my best skill, so, sorry by my english. (if you want we can speak in C# or VB.Net =p)
