bookmarking of QA Answers

I recently notice that form time to time someone seems to be bookmarking my answers from the QA Section. Various answers on various topics, always 4-5 at a time, sometimes more. should I be concerned? Is that "normal"?

It probably happens automatically when someone "friends" you on facebook. God knows they're trying to control everything and link it all together.
