I want to be very careful here I do not, in any way, say/imply anything negative about the SyncFusion company, and its software; after all, they may be a CP advertiser. I've never tried their software, and I have no connection with the company whatsoever. SyncFusion sent me a "valid until the end of this month only" e-mail offer today for their Enterprise Suite for 90% off; this is software listed on their site for US $1995 for the "binary only" edition. I am only about 3 hours away from the start of November in my time zone, but for many of you there's time left on the clock. This is not software I want to buy, but, I'll pass the offer along, hoping that doesn't violate any Lounge rules: "Purchase Essential Studio online with coupon code OCT195. Act now to take advantage of this one-day sale!*" [^]. There was a discussion here on the Lounge of SyncFusion software, started by our esteemed colleague, Pete O'Hanlon, on September 8 this year; re-reading his original message, I am not sure if he is really recommending their software or not: judge for yourself: [^]. I must admit I find a 90%-off offer on any "big-ticket" item, makes me wonder about the future of the company offering it. But, as is said: "miracles never cease" (I think the original British version of that idiom is: "wonders never cease" ?). best, Bill

It is indeed 'Wonders Never Cease' here in Blighty. We also have a saying 'If something seems too good to be true, it probably is' Also, 'Look before you kill two birds with one stone'

--------------------------------- I will never again mention that I was the poster of the One Millionth Lounge Post, nor that it was complete drivel. Dalek Dave CCC Link[^]

I have had a lot of success with SyncFusion. They have done a great job competing with Telerik. I was thinking about purchasing their Win8 toolkit when I saw this post. I immediately looked into it, tried it out, and made the purchase. It cost me $195 to get the $100 kit, but I get all of the other tools, notably the ASP.NET MVC ones I've been wanting, so it was a great deal. Thanks so much.

Thanks Bill. I'm moving into this space, and for $200 to get a top of the line package...

Hi Tim, I am delighted you found some tangible value in the information I posted ! I hope in the future, I, and other CP members, will have the opportunity to read your review of your experience with SyncFusion in your professional work, or on a blog you link to somewhere here on CP. best, Bill

Hi Charlie, As I just said, in response to Tim Corey's post on this thread, I am very happy you got some value from this thread. And, as I said to Tim, I hope CP, in the future, will see some comment, or article, or blog-entry link, from you, about your experience with the software. best, Bill
