Chrome + Flash = Fail

So far today, Chrome has managed to crash on just about every page with Flash in it. I think the only thing stopping it from crashing any further is that I use Ad block to remove flash adverts. Even the iPlayer, causes the tab to crash, occasionally taking the whole process with it. Anyone else had this problem today? I've even started to use FF for a few pages just to get things working X|

Yes, I'm on the latest 'stable' update and it's hosed, have been using IE 9 for the past week. :sigh:

Flash has always unstable, but during the last two months or so, it's instability has reached new heights. I've had it crash doing apparently nothing. It routinely crashes several times a day.

Same here! I tend to leave my machines running over night and I guarantee if I leave a few tabs open in Chrome one or more of them will have crashed the following day.

Very true! I've switched Youtube over to using HTML 5 in Chrome so that's one less Flash thing to deal with.

Yep, been seeing that for months. I have flash disabled in the plugins page and only enable it when I absolutely must have it like for viewing youtube or webnews. Flash is a piece of crap! :mad: And I think chrome should not support flash at all. Google should offer to convert everyone's videos for free to html5 (they've the computing resources to do it).
