Why I can't print 1/2 letter size(8.5x5.5) in crystal report?Even I go to page setup customize the paper size 8.5x5.5 inch it will automatically become landscape(5.5x8.5) and no longer portrait(8.5x5.5).I was using dot matrix printer (tractor feed "Epson LQ-300+ ESC/P 2")to print.Crystal report for Visual Studio 2010 Thanks in Advance.

Have you tried printing it to XPS to see if it's anything like what you expect?

No. You add the XPS printer as an alternative output device. Use Add Printer wizard. Not sure why it isn't there anyway, it's been the default printer since Windows Vista if there was no real device attached.

Firstly, thanks for your information.I already found the way to solve the problem,I go to device and printer--> print server properties, create a new form for 8.5x5.5 and then save form, after that I open my report go page setup --> page option,of course must tick the "Dissociate Formatting Page Size and Printer Paper Size" then select just now create the form which is 8.5x5.5, no matter Orientation show landscape (Horizantal 8.5, Vertical 5.5) just click ok,if you are choosing the form that you creating one, then just click ok.It will work.
