Indeed, but I last did any serious martial arts 25 years ago. So, I suspect "never hurts" should actually be "I'm going to hurt a lot".
I was brought up to respect my elders. I don't respect many people nowadays.

From what I understand of Krav Maga (and I may be completely wrong!) it involves using whatever is to hand as a weapon (including yourself) to quickly and permanently remove an opponent from combat. It has a strong focus on incapacitating your foe - taking out knees and eyes for example.

Obviously, you can't train this 'for real' so I'd question how much pain can be delivered! (all vids I've seen seem to show very low contact).
