Which assembly files does it think are missing? Is it the program that won't run, or Visual Studio?

You apparently can't write English text either. Leave the f'ing TxtSpeak on your phone. It has no place here as it makes you look childish and makes your posts harder to read.

Please could you not use text speak in the forums. It's not professional and it only irritates people like myself because it slows us down having to translate it. Do you have both an exe and a dll called WindowsApplication1 in the same debug folder (by the way, your problem is to do with the application and not Visual Studio so your message title is misleading)? And my name is not Chill - that's just something in my signature line.

Ok Pete, I heared your advice and I promise not to use such words again. My problem is visual studio. To make iy clear, you know Visual studio 2010 has other programming like visual basic, F# etc. Now, what I'm trying to say is that the visual basic windows application refused to run when I'm trying to start. And the message it pops out is what I have explained. Please someone should help me solve this because I have tried all I can but no good result. Thanks in advance!

Go to the references / assemblies section in your project and try and figure out which references are missing.

Show the exact text of the message, we cannot guess what assemblies are missing.
