No pointers or tips. Just one question. Why? Marc Help! I'm an AI running around in someone's f*cked up universe simulator.

Leave your soul at home, and prep by not sleeping - they work 80+ hour weeks there. And good luck, any job is good in this economy.

Do something that will make an impression oon the interviewer. They see hundreds of people and if you don't appear different they will not remember you from the general noise. Also its not the smartest or best that get chosen, but those who appear to be the best. There are interview techiques for answering virtually any question you are asked correctly, without saying either anything of substance and almost zero knowledge on the topic. Regardz Colin J Davies

Assuming you get an all-day barrage of interviews like I did... Wear clothes that are a bit loose, you'll be in them for hours. I wore slacks, loafers, and a loose (but not hip-hop baggy) button-up shirt. A tie is not necessary. When you get hit with the programming questions, there's usually an obvious straight-forward answer, so give that one first to show that you understand the problem. Then the interviewer will give you hints about a more efficient way to solve the problem, which will take some thinking. Think out loud as you work it out, again to demonstrate that you get the problem and have a grasp of the programming concepts involved. Eat something simple at lunch, like a burger. Don't eat a whole lot, and for goodness sake NO BEANS. ;) Smile and thank the interviewer(s) at the end of every interview. --Mike-- PROCRASTINATION: Hard work often pays off after time, but laziness always pays off now.
