I might get in an automobile accident, thats a bigger "might", and the reason I wear a seat belt. It doesn't keep me from driving but I try to manage the risk. Sadaam Hussein has used WMD and still has them. Terrorists have actually been found to be investigating using chemical weapons (in Afghanistan). If I was still young enough to re-enlist in the military, its something I could fight for. So yeah, its a big enough "might" for me.
