visual studio set up

hi. got visual studio and learning about visual studio for my it programming course. did ask my lectuer, but he has got no idea, why i am having this problem.l downloaded the sample exercises from http://www.upskilled.edu.au and http://www.pluralsight.com, and i tried to open a older visual studio solution 2010 or 2012, and get this error message. so is there an easy tool to fix this. and if i do not have to uinstall and reinstall. did try downloading, running inacl, and then typing in a script, but had errors, so, i am blind, using a screen reader jaws for windows from http://www.freedomscientific.com. any one run into this error before, says the licence has run out and please reinstall. have the community edition 2015, and downloaded it from http://www.dreamspark.com, which i am a member, and a student, and verified my status. so i can sign in. so any one got any ideas, to get this to work, so i can then have a look at the windows c # form, and have a look at the properties, and also got some other older projects, from visual studio 2010 or 2012. can any one help me out. will paste the error message below. any ideas. marvin from adelaide, australia.

That is not a legal copy. You need to download one of the free versions from Microsoft. Seems I was incorrect there, thanks to Sascha for correcting me. I can only suggest you follow the suggestion given in the error message.

Community edition is a free version of VS and dreamspark.com looks very much like a MS site.

I was not aware of dreamsparks, so assumed it was just one of the many sites that host downloads.
