That dabs post about the little game made me have some thoughts... Which, in your opinion, was (or is) the most addictive game of all times ? In my case: Neverwinter Nights :cool: and Counter Strike :cool: Mauricio Ritter - Brazil Sonorking now: 100.13560 MRitter

Most addictive games for me: Chrono Trigger (SNES) Secret of Mana (SNES) Secret of Evermore (SNES) Final Fantasy X Any good racing game (recently NFS: Hot Pursuit 2) Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Of the above games, the ones I've been so addicted to that I have lost sleep are Chrono Trigger, Secret of Mana, Final Fantasy X, and the racing games (my personal favorite type of game). Usually I play RPGs for awhile and then get bored with them unless they have terrific storylines, the the ones above.:) Brad Jennings "You're mom is nice. Totally arb game but I got so hooked it was scary. I loved watching my peons wander down paths, constructing windmills and mines. I still get out Settlers II ever now and then to play it. Fantastic game with very little fighting but it rocked. Command & Conquer was the other game that my friends and I got addicted to, used to have LAN parties for days on end of continous C&C. ION canon and mammoth tanks, man of man I rocked at that :-D

The Four Fingered Shuffle. I don't play it quite as much as I used to, I just can't find the time anymore, but every teenager in the modern world has been adicted to that one at least once. :laugh:

Settlers III was very addictive for me too (took about three months to get over that one, and that was only because the first CD got too scratched to work anymore). I lived for the little cries of "Yipee!" when the geologists found gold! :-D :-o I was going to buy Settlers IV when they first released it, but I was preparing for exams at the time and considered it a "bad investment". ;)

I lived for the little cries of "Yipee!" when the geologists found gold! :-D :-o I was going to buy Settlers IV when they first released it, but I was preparing for exams at the time and considered it a "bad investment". ;)

I loved watching those chaps scramble over the hills tapping away and then putting down markers. In general though the SFX in Settlers was brilliant. The birds, the threshing of corn, the creak of the ships, all superb. *sigh* There goes my day *Paul gets out his well worn Settlers II CD* :-D
