I use Stare Bling Ducky Whomp This selects 20 different letters leaving only 6 less frequent letters, possibly 5 as Q can be eliminated if U is not used. I had a 99% success rate for many months due to one miss on a set of letters that could have been three or four words.

I use one word per week :-) Usually one with at least 2 vowels. In addition to Wordle's "hard mode", this adds another layer of difficulty, but I enjoy that.

ARISE, YOUTH. I'm still not convinced, and I'm looking for a better pair. This does give me all the vowels (plus Y) and RSTH, which are pretty common consonants. Spouse-type person uses HAIRY MOUSE.

My method was to download the Wordle word list - it starts with all the answers in order of appearance followed by all other 5-letter words. Then use a spreadsheet to find the letter frequency in each answer position. Then choose a word that uses the most frequent letter for each position, but avoiding words with repeated letters.
