So I need VS2015. I have a project using it on a secure server, and I need to replicate the dev environment. I do my search, I login, I get to the "Your Downloads and Product Keys". It shows me this: "Visual Studio Community 2015 Not available 6/27/2016" If it's not available, why prick tease me? And this is the company assuring me that all of the updates they push out are for security. Right.... then I get an ad "inclusion is innovation." Well that's useful - not. Wow, so, I despise edge. Trying to download opera - the file gets dumped to "operasetup.exe isn't commonly downloaded..." and edge renames it to something bogus. I have to rename it to a .exe to get it to install. What drivel.

Interesting - opera has no issue finding the download.

Seems they broke something. The download PDF option does work either, downloads a 0 byte htm.

this does not look broken, it looks by design. Edge specifically indicates "not usually downloaded". It's just so trite.

I guess on the bright side you know to stop looking in official channels. The one they got me with awhile back was having a version of .NET shown on a prominent page as required. It did not exist.

"official channels" - truth. It used to be I could poke around in the forums and find answers. Now the filter bots are just nasty now, and most of the canned responses leave you wondering. It's 2024, Outlook broke, and your suggestion is to check my drivers and reboot? wtf? And you want me to trust the technical info on your site while I develop applications? shudder.
