    A recently defunct company has release a demo game, Dead Justice[^], with source code for the game and its 3D engine to SourceForge.net. They are written in C++/DirectX9. Roger Stewart "I Owe, I Owe, it's off to work I go..."

These guys might not have had a good business plan or something like that. However speaking as a small developer trying to get enough money together to develop some ideas into applications, I know how difficult it is.
