I been looking around at some of these remote access programs for my new PC server project. I used to use RAdmin (Remote Administrator) for home and sometimes out, but that is if I could figure out the what IP address and what ports. But now my server will be running some flavor of Linux, and RAdmin has no current Linux version. So I decided to do some searching and came across [NetOp Remote Control](http://NetOp Remote Control)[^]. It runs on certain Linux OS and it is rather nice. I ran it on my own home network and it works just as well as RAdmin. But I was hoping to find something decent I could legitimately use, but this NetOp Remote Control is way expensive. Almost $200 for a mere Guest/Host license. I'm only a college student and this is just a project. Is there something cheaper out there that runs on Linux and Windows? Thanks for any help.

Who am I? Currently: A Programming Student trying to survive school with plan to go on to Univeristy of Advancing Technology to study game design. Main career interest include: Multimedia and game programming. Working on an outside project: A game for the GamePark32 (GP32) portable gaming console. My website: www.GP32US.com
